Ensure Correct Names

Make sure that all first and last names of the people using Hair Fairies services are correct and match your insurance records.

Use Your Receipts from Hair Fairies

Use the receipts that were emailed to you post-treatment.

File Your Claim

Take the receipt from Hair Fairies and the “Referral” from your pediatrician. Submit these documents to your insurance company to file your claim.

Important Information About Payment

Don’t Give Up if You’re Told No

If your insurance company initially says they don’t cover lice removal, don’t be discouraged. Many clients receive reimbursement after resubmitting with additional documentation or clarification.
